		<description>In my experience, pain is almost always the Universe&#039;s way of telling us to slow down, to evaluate where we are and what we are doing (Just as you&#039;ve mentioned here). I also find that the location of the pain is somewhat significant, too, as it can tell us in which areas we need to be more careful. A headache 9as you said) points to the need to reduce mental clutter and chatter, while a hurt leg might indicate the need to slow down physically, and pay more attention to where you are going. Banging your knee against the bedpost in the middle of the nght is a perfect example of this :)

So yes, pay attention to the pain, and also to where the pain occurs. pain can be a great messenger, if we only learn how to listen to it.</description>
